Описание: Broad Peak AKA K3 is an 8,051m peak, which is situated in the neighborhood of K2.

This year Discover Pakistan partnered with Sa'ad Mohamed AKA Desi Mountaineer, who was attempting to summit Broad Peak without supplemental oxygen.

The fifth episode of Mission Broad Peak - The Avalanche, is by far the most epic episode. Desi Mountaineer and his team are hit by an avalanche while on their second acclimatization rotation on Broad Peak but keep pushing on despite the extreme challenges.

Sa`ad Mohamed is a mountaineer by passion and a visual storyteller by accident. He has an MBA-Marketing degree from GC University (Lahore) and dabbles in photography and public speaking. The highlights of his mountaineering experience are:

1. reaching Camp III (7,200m) of Broad Peak in 2021
2. reaching Camp III (7,080m) of Mt. Everest in 2017
3. climbing up to 6,230m on Gasherbrum II in 2019
4. climbing up to 6,630m on Gasherbrum I in 2018
5. summiting Spantik (7,027m) as part of the Pak-China Friendship Expedition in 2012.
6. reaching 5,500m on Rakhiot Peak (7,070m) in 2020
