Easter Egg Nest Recipe!

I’ll be honest, I bought these @hersheys mini eggs a while ago, but I never got around to making an Easter post 🐰

BUTTT… when I heard this sound, I knew I had to make a video to go with it 💐

All this to say: If you need to whip up a fun, last minute Easter treat like me, these chocolate kadaif mini egg nest are perfect! 🤩

Here’s how to make them:

1. Take your kadaif pastry and add about 1/4 melted butter and 1/4 cup half and half, and massage it very well until all the little pieces are pulled apart.

2. Add muffin liners to a muffin tray, and add your kadaif in.

3. Bake in the oven for 15-20 min at 350 degrees or until golden brown.

4. Top with some melted chocolate (if you don’t know how to perfectly melt chocolate, I’ve got a video on my page!), and place your mini eggs right on top!

5. Enjoy!!! 🐣

I’ve seen so many variations of these mini nests, but I haven’t seen it done with kadaif yet!
