I added in Frozen Broccoli for the last 30 minutes of cook time.

I left out the butter & flour paste being added in to thicken the soup.
I did a combo of sharp cheddar & pepper jack cheese.
*Instead of 1 cup of milk and a 1/2 cup of heavy cream I omitted the regular milk for a full 1-1/2 cups of heavy cream.
*Instead of regular salt I used Lawry’s seasoned salt as well as Tony’s creole seasoning for a bit of a kick.
