Ingredients:
Paneer Stuffing - 1/2 cup
Chappati Dough (to make 1 big chappati)
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Mixed Herbs (Oregano, basil, thyme) - 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Grated Cheese - 1/4 cup
Ghee


Preparation:
Roll out the chappati into a slightly thick one.
Add the mixed herbs and chilli flakes to the tomato ketchup and mix well.
Spread this on the chappati. Leave out the edges.
Spread the paneer mixture on one side of the chappati.
Now spread some grated cheese on top.
Fold the other half of the chappati over the paneer cheese mixture and seal the edges.
Press down the edges with a fork.
Heat a tawa. Cook the paratizza on a medium flame until both the sides get cooked.
Spread some ghee on both the sides and cook until done.
Paneer Paratizza is ready.
Serve hot along with some ketchup.
