Starts & Turns Swimming Video Analysis from PEAK Performance Swim Camp.
Peak Performance Swim Camp offers two outstanding visual aid packages: 4-Stroke Video Analysis and Starts and Turns Video Analysis.
The start and turn video package includes above and below water footage of the front start, back start, and the 4 turns. The front start is shot from a side view and breakout view; the back start is shot from a side view and breakout view; and the 4 turns are shot from a side view and a wall view. A total of 32 video clips in all.
A personal video review, conducted by former Olympic Coach Nick Baker, together with a detailed written summary, are also included.
A final copy of the video, plus written summary are sent to the participating swimmer's email address and posted on a password-protected website within three weeks of completion.
