Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail Run | Kaua'i, HI | 2.5 miles | 27 mins | Virtual Run

Описание: From a recent trip to Hawai'i, I'm bringing you a scenic run from the island of Kaua'i. Join onn the run along the Maha'ulepu (Kōloa) Heritage Trail from the resorts in Poʻipū to the Makauwahi Cave. We'll first start out along the resorts but soon leave the manicured scenery for Shipwreck beach, which leads to the Makawehi Bluffs, then running along the Po'ipu Beach Golf Course and connecting back to the rugged scenery of the trail. Though I love the rain, my camera does not feel the same and recording stopped working on the half mile. It cuts out shortly after the CJM stables, so unfortunately this run run does not make it all the way to the cave but you do get to enjoy most of it, and experience about 2.5 miles | 27 mins of beautiful Kaua'i Kōloa coast line.
