Welcome back. Today we're introducing you to the revolutionary new T-fal OptiGrill that delivers perfect grilling results every time. And today I'm grilling some amazing wild salmon fillets. That happens just as easy as pressing the on button, the Fish program, and OK. We've got two fillets here, right? So we're going to season one of them with just salt and pepper, okay? Okay. Let the fish just shine a little bit. Yeah. Use a little kosher salt here. Some fresh cracked pepper. Beautiful. That's right, and we're going to season both sides. We also want to season the skin. It gets a little bit crispier. Do you? That's right. Okay. Now, the second one, I'm going to doctor it up a little bit. All right. It's got some dehydrated lemon in it. Some cumin. Cayenne pepper. Give it a little zing, you know what I mean? Just like so. Gorgeous. And a little bit of salt on there. And then all we have to do is toss them right on to the OptiGrill and it does the rest of the work for you. Going to pick that up. Are we ready? You can already hear it start to sizzle.
