Series of beginner-friendly videos for the Restoring the Peace campaign in Manor Lords beta 08050.
This part ends in June of year 1 with the village basics set up.
In this series, I try to show newcomers to the game how to beat the Baron on normal difficulty, aided by trade and hiring mercenaries.
Timestamps:
00:00 - setting up the game with choice of campaign, map, and difficulty settings
04:00 - loading into the map and some general explanations
09:51 - start building (logging camp, hitching post, woodcutter, hunter, forager), hire another ox, assign villagers to jobs
13:45 - build first set of burgages, granary and storehouse
16:50 - choose origin card after hitting small village
18:30 - build well and market
21:20 - build saw pit and trader, set up trade
26:30 - build more burgages and a quarry
