2-3 tbsp cocoa powder(unsweetened)
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp evaporated milk(more if needed)
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar

Coffee ice cream:
500ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
300ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
2-3 sachet 3n1 coffee

Magic Shell:
250g bittersweet chocolate, chopped
10-12 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup peanuts(optional)
