The Atlantic City line is the former Pennsylvania - Reading Seashore Lines mainline from Haddonfield to Atlantic City New Jersey, with rights over part owner PRR from Haddonfield to Philadelphia. The line lost its passenger trains in 1982 due to poor track conditions and was restored by Amtrak and NJT in 1989 to cater to casino patrons. Amtrak ran for 6 years until April 1st, 1995, and NJT continues to this day. Take a trip back 30 years to see Amtrak and some NJT trains between Delair NJ and Hammonton NJ in the early 1990's.
