On the first day of Ramadan, iftar meals were distributed to families in Gaza facing displacement and severe hardship. As the adhan marked the time to break their fast, warm meals reached those with little to nothing left.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever gives food for a fasting person to break his fast, he will have a reward like theirs, without that detracting from their reward in the slightest.” (Tirmidhi).
