Estonia - no footage found
Finland - Riku Nieminen - no footage found
Malaysia - it's existance is disputed
Moldova - no footage found
Norway - no footage found
Slovenia - no footage found

I have made this video under fair use to make these intros available to people to view and be commented on and/or criticized.
All of these intros belong to the BBC and the TV channels on which they were broadcast.
