Of course, I am speaking of the Lupini Bean. This ancient bean naturally contains harmful bitter alkaloids and yet, it has been consumed by humans since 2200 BCE. Can we make Lupini Tofu? And if so, what does Lupini Tofu taste like? Let's find out together.

P.S. For anyone who couldn't tell I was joking, there was never any danger from simply tasting for bitterness. My reaction, though extremely unpleasant and genuine at the time, was from the flavor and not actual ingestion (which I never did).
