Schwarzgeist is an optional Gummi Superboss in Kingdom Hearts 3. The strategy for this speed kill is to use Golden Highwind which does a lot of damage with its Ultima lasers in the first phase against the main boss while dodging its laser attack and rockets.
For the second enemy use Comet / Meteor from Teeny Ships. It has extremely high resistance against laser weapons like Ultima, but is weak against cannons. So Comet and Meteor are ideal (also for your main ship for beating it for the first time), because like lasers they always hit and like cannons they do good damage.

Overall I really like Gummi missions in Kingdom Hearts 3, especially compared to previous games. This boss (inspired by Einhänder Thermosphere's boss with the same name) is my favorite, because he requires learning his attacks and dodging even with a overpowered ship like Golden Highwind because of its insanely high damage output. You can consistently avoid his attacks though even with a much weaker ship. Besides Golden Highwind (which you get from beating the boss), the Crown G (obtained from completing all Gummi missions) really helps to boost your damage and also gives you a score boost. Otherwise if you kill the boss too quickly and don't destroy enough of his respawning shield components, you won't get enough points for A rank (1 million). The downside is that you die from any hit with Crown G equipped. An easy and safe but slower way to get A rank is doing it without Crown G and just keep killing his shields without killing the main ship until you have 1 million points.
