Best Treatment for Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Описание: This study compared simple aspiration and chest tube drainage as first-line treatments for complete primary spontaneous pneumothorax. Results showed that while simple aspiration had a higher treatment failure rate, it was better tolerated with less pain, fewer adverse events, and slightly lower pneumothorax recurrence rates than chest tube drainage.
