Hope Unlimited Charity Scam

Описание: The Charity Commission has now concluded it’s investigation into Hope Not Hate.
Hope not hate charitable trust have changed their name to Hope Unlimited Charitable Trust in order to differentiate between themselves and Hope not Hate Limited and have appointed 3 new trustees.
The Charity Commission has also set out its expectations regarding transparency in any grant-making activity as of 26th Jan 2026 Hope Unlimited’s website claims that “Hope Unlimited provides funding through a selective process. We work proactively with trusted partners and individuals who share our commitment to inclusion and harmony.
Please note: submission of proposals is currently by invitation only. (We are unable to respond to unsolicited funding requests.).”
For the year ending 2024 the only organisation to receive a grant from Hope Not Hate Charitable Trust was Hope Not Have Limited.
On Hope Not Hates American website they are asking for donations and claim to be applying to register for Federal Tax Deductible Status in the US, Stating that “Donations to Hope not hate America may be used to support international anti-extremism programs by Hope not hate U.K”
So there is a charity in the UK and a group trying to be a charity in America, giving money to a political organisation in UK, Hope unlimited appears to be only giving money to Hope Not Have and isn’t open to any new applications for funding and Hope Not Hate America seems to be doing the same thing.
Also for dodgy fundraising Hope Not Hate offered to credit people donating $5000 as producers of their film A Year Undercover Inside The Far Right.
