Another full day of eating as a vegan bodybuilder! I am a vegan bodybuilder who is bulking. I am currently eating around 3,500 calories in a day all on a vegan plant based diet. You can very successfully build muscle and increase your strength baby eating a vegan diet. Bulking as a vegan is fun and healthy! Vegan pizza is one of the staples of my vegan bodybuilding bulk.
