The Duke of Edinburgh carried out his last solo engagement nearly three years ago when he retired.
Now, at the age of 99, Prince Philip has made a rare appearance in the grounds of Windsor Castle. It was to handover the role of Colonel-in-Chief of the Rifles infantry regiment to The Duchess of Cornwall -- in a socially distanced ceremony.
And as our Royal Editor Chris Ship reports, he hasn't lost any of his mischievous sense of humour.
