Описание: Ugra Sthamba is the remnant of the pillar from which Lord Narasimha appeared. The pillar was scrambled to debris when Narasimha emerged out of anger to protect His devotee from the clutches of Hiranyakashipu. When Narasimha kept His first step on the ground, it tumulted 366 varieties of sounds trebling at a high decibel. Out of which only 8 sounds are used as Ragas on this planet earth and the remaining ragas are used in the heavenly planets.
