Описание: When it comes to choosing a mortgage company, and choosing the right rate, I wouldn't go call a hundred mortgage companies on the Griddd trying to find the best rate, because everybody get's their money from the same place. The key thing is to make sure you are with somebody who is not going to steal your identity, and know that you are in the ballpark. So on The Griddd Rate Center, you can go and look at the national averages, which is kinda like calling a thousand companies all in one. Make sure you got someone you can trust, make sure you are in the ballpark, and if you are not paying closing costs, which is what I recommend, you're in full control, if rates get better down the road, you haven't invested anything, you can refinance again, do a no closing cost mortgage again, and all you have to do is show up, there are no closing costs. Make sure that if you are doing business on The Griddd, make sure you are being offered a no closing cost mortgage, and they are showing you the models. But when it comes to the actual rate, you will lose more money based on just not working, by calling around to a thousand mortgage companies, when I have given you this information, so you know that they are not just sticking the knife in, or putting something on an anvil, and smashing it with a 5 pound sledgehammer. www.thegriddd.com
