Headstart: Neri Colmenares, counsel for the families of war on drugs victims, on Thursday, January 29, detailed the alleged tactics of Duterte’s camp to delay the trial against former President Rodrigo Duterte over crimes against humanity related to the deadly war on drugs during his term.
Meanwhile, Colmenares called for funds, saying the victims’ families cannot afford to fly from The Hague to attend the upcoming confirmation of charges on February 23.
