In addition, the new Weather Station ORIGINAL now offers an improved sunlight analysis: users can immediately see the remaining sunshine duration for the day, the exact time of the next sun event (sunrise or sunset) and an hourly breakdown of the expected sunshine duration for the next 24 hours. This helps to better understand the course of the sun and to optimize your own daily planning - particularly useful for gardeners, athletes and photography enthusiasts.

The new pollen count feature is particularly helpful for allergy sufferers and provides localized real-time data on the concentration of three types of pollen: trees, weeds and grasses. The values are classified on a five-level scale: none, low, moderate, high and very high. If pollen levels are very high, the app warns, for example: “The air is saturated with pollen: Severe allergic reactions are likely for sensitive people. It is recommended to avoid prolonged outdoor activities.”

Users also receive a three-day forecast for each type of pollen so that they can anticipate peak values and adjust their activities accordingly. This detailed forecast helps allergy sufferers plan outings and trips and minimize their health risks.
