BJP state chief Madan Rathore stated that Biwal never held any official party position and was not a BJP worker.

Meanwhile, Congress has launched sharp attacks over the issue and questioned whether “bigger crocodiles” involved in the NEET paper leak case are being protected. The controversy has further intensified the nationwide debate surrounding the NEET-UG paper leak investigation, with the CBI continuing its probe into the wider network behind the exam scandal.
