This dual-lane conveyor washer is purpose-built to clean drums, lids, and rings with consistency and control. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, the system features four integrated process modules: two recirculated caustic wash stages followed by two dedicated rinse stages. The result is repeatable, validated cleaning performance across continuous operation.

Engineered for two-minute cycles, the system supports uninterrupted throughput while ensuring every component meets strict cleanliness standards. Independent gear-driven conveyor lanes provide precise control, with one lane dedicated to inverted drum washing for complete internal and external coverage, and the second lane processing lids and rings in a stabilized, controlled sequence guided by fluid dynamics and spray geometry.

Advanced automation features include fiber-optic sensing, independent drive systems, and precision indexing that allow parts to pause exactly where needed for interior spinning nozzle assemblies. Vertical stainless steel partition doors, powered by IP66-rated electronic actuators, isolate each spray zone to prevent cross-contamination between wash and rinse stages.

An automatic sludge removal conveyor continuously extracts sediment from the tank bottom, returning filtered solution to the wash tank to maintain performance while reducing maintenance demands.
