That’s why we’re introducing our wired series, starting with TEST TYPE-02, the prototype for SANWEAR-HARDWIRE.

With TEST TYPE-02, we’re keeping the efficiency, convenience, and quality of the classic wired earbud, but also introducing what we’re calling the Audio Cortex — the beating heart and mind of our wired system. This first-of-its-kind feature seamlessly integrates an amplifier, lossless digital-to-analog converter (DAC), digital signal processor (DSP), Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) microphone, and programmable action button into a single elegant unit.

In addition, TEST TYPE-02 introduces SAN’s next-generation Planar-Dynamic Driver, the culmination of ten years of R&D — blending the precision of planar magnetics with the raw power of a dynamic driver.

Just as we did with our wireless editions of SANWEAR, we’re involving our earliest supporters and community members in beta-testing our hardware. TEST TYPE-02 is available exclusively to registered beta testers, with the finalized SANWEAR-HARDWIRE releasing via the waitlist at the end of this year.
