Another Saturday, another parkrun tourism, this time taking a trip into West Sussex to take on the four & a half laps of Clair Parkrun in sunny Haywards Heath.
If you enjoy running up hills you are in for a real treat here, undulating may be an understatement but it's a great 5k run to wake you up on a Saturday morning.
Would definitely recommend this parkrun, who wants fast and flat when you can have hilly and challenging
