1 whole chicken
Remove the excess parts and cut
Salt, pepper and coriander
Frying oil
Butter
3 garlic cloves
Fry on both sides for 5 minutes
50 ml of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 teaspoon of honey
Grated ginger
Freshly ground pepper
Slice 1 orange
Cloves and rosemary
Lay out the chicken and spread the sauce
Wrap it in foil
Bake in the oven for 1 hour (390 F)
Remove the foil
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes (390 F)
