8395 days with this old beast from Nikon, does it still hold up today?
Come along for a walk through the Carlsberg district in Copenhagen with my old photo companion: the Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8 DX and the Nikon D200. Once the king of Nikon DX zooms, this lens was with me winning News Photo of the year at Årets Pressefoto (Danish Press Photo of the Year), and it's still got a few stories left to tell.
It’s a mix of gear talk, a bit of nostalgia, and a casual week-long journey with one of Nikon’s most battle-tested workhorses.
