MLT is one of the most promising courses at this time with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine with lifestyle diseases. B.Voc courses, which are degree courses in MLT itself, are now more viable and offer wide scope and opportunities.

Do you know what B.Voc is? BVoc is a three year degree course recognized by UGC and UPSC. The most important feature of B.Voc courses is that they are 60% practical and 40% theoretical. B.Voc courses are also available in the paramedical department. Examples include MLT, optometry and OT technology. Another feature of B.Voc courses is that if a student fails to complete the course, he or she will receive a Diploma Certificate on completion of the first year and an Advanced Diploma Certificate with the second year as well. They can rejoin the programme at any time and complete the degree.

Important subjects in B.Voc MLT are Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Microbiology, Clinical Technology Biochemistry Artificial Intelligence Medical Equipment. Students who complete the B.Voc MLT will be able to find work at home and abroad in a variety of fields, including multi-specialty laboratories, general hospitals, medical pathology labs, urology offices, and research labs. In addition, there are many job opportunities in the government sector.
