Zone-1 on the flats approaching the climb, so haemorrhaging GC time by minutes. But with only 7 of us, little chance of doing otherwise. Rich, your quest for race fairness seems to amount to the opposite. Perhaps it's the excess of climbing but the feeling is of FRR losing its general appeal and followers.
All in the most unpleasant race/ride. The Grade's just a steady grinding slog. The 7 in the CAY pen(B), the opposite of company. The weather today abysmal, the coldest dankest. And it got in my knees.
Zwift doing its best to push me to the outside of bends and out of the draft. Grr. All in motivation is scratching the barrel. FRR is tempting me to take a much needed rest.
