Join me this week to prep some meals for my fridge and freezer.
I used what I had to hand and did some recipe searching to come up with:
Red lentil and chickpea curry

I used my instant pot to make these meal preps even easier, but they can all be done on the stovetop too they'll just need more careful monitoring!
