Classroom Must Have! This is one of the coolest heavy duty sharpeners on the market, not only does this have a smart stop feature with a blue LED light, it has a tool free replaceable cutter that is easy to access, and doesn't cost much to replace when the blades are dull. This also has a larger shavings bin that doesn't need to be emptied too often (this one has the largest bin size compared to the other 3 heavy duty sharpeners from Bostitch). Also, there is a QR code sticker on the side of the shavings bin to show how to replace the blades.

There are two models from Bostitch Office with the same features, the Quiet Sharp Glow which is a classroom model with one blade, and the Super Pro Glow which is a commercial duty model with two blades, a larger motor with a fan. Both are amazing sharpeners; however, I would recommend this model for classroom use because it is a little faster than the super pro glow, and does a better job sharpening cheaper quality pencils.

Out of the 4 heavy duty/commercial models Bostitch has, this one is the quietest sharpener, and personally I feel like this is the most unique design as well. As far as high end artists pencil go, this one works amazing! There are not very many sharpeners that can smoothly sharpen charcoal and pastel pencils with ease, and this one does the job perfectly.
