These are gold foil toppers attached to wooden toothpick. They have a wire in the middle that holds them to the toothpick. At first, I thought it should be removed, to make them fluffier. They are not round like the picture, rather flat and squished, even with leaving them out of the package for several hours. They are still cute and you can make them work well.

There are cute, plush, golden star toppers. The stars are attached to toothpicks with some glue on the back. The backs are plain, white, and you see the glue, so keep that in mind when designing with them.
