Given a string with digits, count subarrays divisible by 2019. This is a programming problem from Atcoder https://atcoder.jp/contests/abc164/ta.... It's a bit similar to "Subarray Sum Equals K" which I already covered • LeetCode Day 22 - Subarray Sum Equals K
