Yamaha PSS-A50 controlling Yamaha QY70 and vice-versa (via the Intech Studio KNOT USB MIDI host)

Описание: Everything you hear is from the PSS-A50's audio output (which is mono, alas). The QY70 is also a synth unto itself, but the PSS-A50 audio was more useful to demonstrate that the KNOT is working. These are two radically different products, one from 1997 and one from 2019, but with the KNOT they can work together really well, because they both speak Yamaha-flavoured MIDI!

This requires updating the KNOT firmware to at least v1.0.6 (released 2025-09-19). This video was filmed to demo a bugfix I made — https://github.com/intechstudio/knot/... — which was included in that release, and which addresses a serious compatibility issue between the KNOT and the QY70.
