Several months ago, I began reading some media reports about a much-loved seaside town in Torbay, the 'English Riviera', that had become "overrun with feral yobs". According to the articles the residents of Paignton had been tormented by groups of youths as young as 9 years old running amok. I ventured to Paignton, investigated and filmed my experience. You can watch that video here    • The British Seaside Town 'Overrun With Fer...   I did indeed chat to many locals that confirmed this was a problem in the town, but I found little actual evidence myself, nor did I encounter any 'feral yobs' and antisocial youths. The comments that followed the upload were mixed but plentiful. Amongst the commentary, many stated that the 'feral yobs' come out after dark and that is when I would encounter them. Fast forward 3 months and I made the return visit. Armed with the ability to film in the dark, I took to the streets and chatted to the locals again.
