Ingredients - (Serving 5-7 Person)
1 Cup Sooji/Rava/Semolina
1 Cup Rolled Oats
2 tsp Butter
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
1 tsp White Lentils/Urad Dal
¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 Dry Red Chilli
2 tbsp Peanuts
5-6 Cashew Nuts
2 Chopped Green Chilli
1 Chopped Capsicum
½ Cup Parboiled Green Peas
¼ Cup Parboiled Sweet Corn
1 Small Chopped Tomato
As per taste Salt
1 Litre (5 Cup) Hot Water
¼ Cup Whisked Curd
2 tbsp Fresh Grated Coconut
2 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
Serve it with Coconut Chutney
