1/3 to 1/2 cup of Water @ room temperature
1 Tablespoon of salt
Tips:
*For double the quantity of fried pork belly you will need to add more salt 1 1/2 to 2 Tablespoons of salt
*You will also need to add at least 3/4 cups to 1 cup of water
*Cooking time for this recipes can take 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes ( this depends on how crispy you want you fried pork belly)
