I know it is possible because I did it before, but since I only change over my tires once per year I always forget how to do it. A quick search didn't help, it just said fit three in the trunk and the last one in the back seat.
The car that I am using in this video is a 2017 Honda Civic, but I have also done this on a 2014 Honda Civic as well and I am sure it would work with any sedan model car.
I mostly made this video to remind future me what to do, but if it helps you out then all the better :)
