Paul has an extensive background in textiles most notably, as a kilt maker.
For our “Think Global Grow Local Roundtable #1", Paul draws on his skills as a hand flax spinner and educator, describing his work in East London Primary Schools. Standing back from development of hand skills, we discuss the wider role of flax and linen stories in offering contexts of history, and ecology, and an engaging way to revalue textiles.
