My favourite Easter tradition is seeing who can eat the most hot horseradish sauce without collapsing on the floor. Check out how I make it. We're using:
1 cup freshly chopped horseradish
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, optional
1 diced shallot, optional
You can sauté the garlic and shallot or omit completely for less bite.
