I set out for a fishing adventure in Charleston, SC, with a storm fast approaching! With only two hours to spare before the bad weather hit, I rushed to get out on the water in hopes of catching some redfish for dinner. Against the clock, I landed two beautiful reds just as the storm rolled in, forcing me to head in and cook my meal!
