LEDS Vs CCFL - Are they really all that good for our Eyes?

This will be a little bit of an unusual video, though I thought I would like to share it with you guys, as I thought it was pretty important to inform others! Anyway over the last few weeks (as I said in the video) we were using this blue LED light and it affected my vision pretty quickly, hence why I changed it out and noticed that my vision returned to normal pretty quickly. Though after researching this further, I found that white LEDs generally use the same blue light source that Blue LEDs use and it is very stressful to the eye.
Since these are in our computer monitors and we are starting to use them in our houses more than ever, I thought it would be a good idea to throw this video out there so people can know that they aren't all what they are cracked up to be.

So perhaps LEDs are degrading our vision faster than CCFLs otherwise would?
