A one pot dinner is what you need to save some precious time to spend with the people you love the most this Valentines. So, learn how to cook up an elevated Chicken Adobo Rice with the Optimal Spherical Pot Rice Cooker tonight!
Ingredients:
vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
chicken thigh fillet (500 grams)
red onion (4 tablespoons)
garlic cloves (minced, 6 cloves)
black pepper (1 teaspoon)
bay leaves (2 pieces)
vinegar (1/4 cups)
soy sauce (1/2 cups)
long grain rice (2 cups)
water (2 cups)
Procedure:
1. Select Dessert Setting and preheat. Add the oil, garlic, onion and sautee until fragrant.
2. Close the lid and let simmer for 20 mins or until tender.
3. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper. Incorporate well and add the bay leaves. Cover and bring to a simmer.
4. Then, add the rice and water. Mix well.
5. Close the lid and press start to begin automatic cooking. Wait for the steam to rise.
6. After desired doneness, open the lid, fluff the rice, and let it rest for atleast 10 mins.
