Fallen triangle is a fun variation of side plank that can take your side planking to a whole new level! Hamstring flexibility is something to take into account when attempting this shape. It's also important to have your grounded hand underneath the shoulder for support. The use of a strap can assist you in getting into a fuller expression of the posture. With this pose you will be working on oblique strength, shoulder strength and hamstring flexibility.
