About Mindy Scott:
Mindy is a Partner at Cumming & Partners who has practiced exclusively in the field of immigration
law for more than 20 years. While Mindy is knowledgeable in all aspects of U.S. and Canadian
corporate, employment and family-based immigration matters, her expertise lies in assisting
individual clients to realize their unique immigration goals.

Mindy has extensive experience with all types of work permits (Canada and the U.S.), extra-ordinary
