for IT professionals who experience grittiness, irritation, burning while being on the laptop for long time continuously if they work. Because they do not blink their eyes, they work under less illumination and they feel fatigue while working on the laptop. They have to do a lot of fine work also. So what are the routine protocols that you have to continuously follow? After every hour, take a compulsory break of 5 minutes from all digital screens including the mobile. Maybe take a walk. Then see the illumination of the room as well as on your desktop and make it adequate.If the height of the laptop is not perfect, then you should elevate your laptop. Hot fomentation at night makes your next day better for about 10 minutes. If you are feeling there is dryness, then introduce teardrops or lubricant eye drops while working at least two to four times a day and visit a cornea specialist if needed. Also, if you are nearing 40, you might need early reading classes for laptop purpose.
