Описание: Merrick has provided aerial, terrestrial, and mobile LiDAR as-built services for more than 25 years. We recently began using the NavVis VLX (VLX) system to capture mobile LiDAR and imagery for facility interior modeling and exterior as-built data capture.The VLX enhances Merrick’s ability to rapidly provide state-of-the-art digital twinning and 3D-mapping datasets by allowing us to capture 3D point clouds (high-resolution panoramic imagery and millions of individual field measurements). These point clouds can then be translated into accurate 3D CAD; digitized into GIS features; used to produce topographic datasets; serve as the framework for producing as-built Revit models; or used to develop visual 3D “walkthroughs” and solid model renderings of facility inventories.
