Ivy with Veronica and Canter SI // dancer + gacha summon for Soren or Veronica
Goldmary with Celica and Draconic Hex SI // to warp to nil and enabling chain attacks
Panette with Lyn // astra storm on boss
Fogado with Byleth // aoe dance
Boucheron with Soren and Hit +30 and Charm SI // SI not necessary but greatly improves reliability , can also replace Hit +30 with Divine Pulse+

Turn 1 is just moving people to the right and clearing a couple enemies and equipping Nel with her dragonstone, I also tried to summon for Soren or Veronica with Ivy because another dancer or bolting user would improve reliability.
On the enemy phase Nel needs to hit Nil for 4 damage.
On Turn 2 Goldmary uses Warp Ragnarok to deal 3 damage , inflict draconic hex to Nil and to get into chain attack position. After that I heal hear with Sacrifice to activate her brave assist.
A Pannette with Rally buffs and standing next to Veyle deals 5x7 damage to leave Nil at 18 HP which Nel can clear thanks to the chain attacks.
The remaining Turn is just spamming Bolting with boucheron for 6x3 + 3 damage 6 times to kill Nil.
Of course this can be made more reliable with more SI, for example Panette with Reprisal+ can deal 60 damage to Nil but I wanted to keep SI at a minimum.
