Описание: It’s been a tough week of travelling to various medical appointments & testing. I spent some extra time with God and my guitar.

#IBD, #autoimmunedisease, #spinalmobility, #undiagnosed mystery Illnesses - It can be mentally and physically exhausting.

We are body, mind & soul - all are important but for me, soul care is crucial! Ostomy surgery affects ALL of our being.

What do y’all do to take time out for yourself?

[ ] #ConvaTec Natura Moldable Wafer 411802, Natura Pouch 416418. Mini pouch info: the old number was 416408 but it was discontinued by ConvaTec for a new 6” with a filter. Unfortunately, the new product number is not legible on my samples. You can order these as sample using that old number for reference but you’ll need to call them.
